31. Q: Who maintains the products on my website?
A: We will add new products as the suppliers come out with new releases each month. Your website will automatically show new products as we add them to the stores. New products will also show automatically as we make arrangements with new suppliers.

 

32. Q: Will your company name be mentioned anywhere when the product arrives at the customer?
A: No. The products are shipped directly to your customer without any mention of our company.

 

33. Q: Who handles the orders?
A: All orders will be processed using our companys merchant account.

36. Q：Can I use the items in my store to sell on eBay?
A：Yes. You have our permission to cut/paste any product description and save any of our product images to your computer. Simply use the product information found on your very own drop ship website to makeup your eBay ad. Once you have received payment from your eBay customer, simply place an order for that same product on your own drop ship website using your customers address as the shipping address. As the store owner, you will only be charged wholesale price.

 

37. Q：Do I have to buy and pay for the items up front? 

A：No, the benefit of drop shipping is that you wont have to pay for the item until it sells and your customer pays you.  So that means you wont have any out of pocket expense at all!  You get your profit right away!

 

38. Q：Will you use my name or company name as the return address on the package?

A：Yes, we will use your name or company name and address on the package so that it looks like the package actually came from you and they wont know that it actually came directly from us

 

39. Q: How are returns handled or if a product is damaged in shipment?

A: We will take care of all returns and damaged goods.  You will simply contact us about the product being returned and we will usually give you a RMA number and address to send the product back to.  The RMA number is a special code that identifies the package once it reaches us. Just forward that information to your customer and they will mail back the package directly to us.
